All sales of digital products are final. As stated in our Refund Policy, once a download link is provided or the product is accessed, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the compatible software/hardware required to use the product before purchasing.

4. Error Reporting & Technical Support

We offer a one-time free support session per purchase under the following conditions:

  • You must report the error via email with a clear screenshot of the issue.

  • Support is limited to the functionality of the product itself and does not extend to general technical training or third-party app troubleshooting.

  • We reserve the right to determine if the error is a fault of the product or a result of user environment/third-party interference.

5. Accuracy of Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
